MEL News January 2015

いよいよ今年も残すところあとわずかとなりました。
皆様お忙しい毎日をお過ごしのことと思います。
インフルエンザや胃腸炎などで欠席する生徒さんも増えてきました。
しっかり予防をし、ぜひ素敵な新年をお迎えください。
それでは、MEL News (2015年1月号)をお届けします。

News-1 年始のスケジュール

スクールは12月25日から1月4日までお休みです。

News-2 Christmas Activity  
 12月22、23、24日は各クラスでクリスマスのケーキと普段より長めのブレークを楽しみました。Primaryクラスではクリスマスカードを作りました。Juniorクラスでもクリスマスのクロスワードパズルやリーディング、歌を楽しみました。
1か月近くスクールを飾っていたデコレーションも見納めです。来年もたくさんのサンタに会えますように!
 
News-3 2015年度 新入生仮申込 受付開始
2015年4月開始のPrimaryクラス、Junior-1クラスの仮申込の受付を開始します。
人数に限りがありますのでご兄弟、お知り合いの方で希望される方がおられましたら早めにご連絡ください。
なお、現在Primaryコースに在籍中でJunior-1クラスに進級を希望される生徒さんも改めてお申込みください。
Primary-1 クラス 新小学4-6年生の英語初心者対象
 日時:火・金曜日  17:00-17:50 定員10名 4月開始
Junior-1 クラス 新中学1年生対象
 日時:月・木曜日 19:30-21:15  定員10名 4月開始
    火・金曜日 17:45-19:35 開始時期未定
新年度より入学・進学を希望される生徒さんとそのご父兄には面談させて頂きます。

News-4 2014年第3回英検のご案内
2014年度第3回の英検の一次試験は 1月25日(日) です。
集合時間:
4級 準2級  9:40  (試験開始は10:00。所要時間は過去問題の表紙をご覧ください)
5級 3級   13:10(試験開始は13:30。所要時間は過去問題の表紙にご覧ください)
*MEL Schoolでの受験は 5, 4, 3, 準2級 が対象です。2級は本会場での受験になりますので受験票の指示に従ってください。
*二次試験(面接)は3級以上の一次試験合格者を対象に2月22日に行われます。

Update-1 欠席、遅刻、早退連絡についてのお願い
10月から欠席、遅刻、早退の連絡は電話ではなくmel@myenglish.co.jp にメールでお願いします。
前日までにいただいた欠席連絡には確認の返信を致します。
当日のご連絡にはレッスンや準備のためお返事いたしませんので予めご了解ください。
なお、高校生は保護者宛ての CC をつけた本人からのメールでも構いません。

Update-2 インフルエンザ、感染症の予防について
このところインフルエンザやウィルス性胃腸炎の感染による欠席者や学級閉鎖などが増えているようです。スクールでの感染予防のため、発熱や嘔吐、下痢などの症状がある場合などはお休みください。また、体調不良で学校をお休みした当日のレッスンもお休みしてください。
お休みした場合は当ブログでレッスンレポートを確認して自習して、次回のサポートタイムで指導を受けてください。質問があれば電話やメールで連絡してください。
