An’s daughters were taught to unite to make success and they worked hard from their youth, they naturally worked together and compensated each other. They tried and worked hard for success and enjoyed working together as a family. On the other hand, the Bankroft family members weren’t involved in the business directly, had different opinions but didn’t work or communicate each other. They just owned the business they succeeded but didn’t have passion to solve the problems or manage the business.  (81 words)
